When it is used as a plasticizer, the polymer improves film formation, adhesion and flexibility on non-absorbent substrates. The product is a stable dispersion with no surfactants or solvents. Since it has no ammonia or amines for neutralization, pH neutral inks formulated with Hydro-Rez™ resins don't need pH adjustment on the press.
