Red Wine Vinegar with Tarragon is made by the alcoholic fermentation and subsequent acetous fermentation of the juice of grapes or wine stock, adjusted with water to the specified strength, and flavored with Tarragon. This product has a deep red, practically clear appearance, and is free from cloudiness. It has a clean, red wine note and tarragon flavor, and is free from foreign flavor or aroma. Red Wine Vinegar with Tarragon has a grain (% acid X 10) (analyzed by volume) size of 0.5 grain above specified (+/- 0.5), and a residual alcohol (single strength) amount of 0.5% maximum.
