Gleam™ Total 100 L is an enzyme blend specifically designed for use in brewing, wineries, and bioenergy CIP/membrane cleaning. It contains protease, amylase, mannanase, lipase, pectate lyase, and cellulase enzymes. This blend improves the cleaning of complex soils by targeting and breaking down a variety of organic components, including complex dairy soils that are resistant to traditional cleaning methods. Its exceptional soil removal capabilities enable more efficient sanitization or disinfection steps, as well as improve water permeability to maintain consistent production rates. Additionally, Gleam™ Total 100 L extends membrane lifespan, making it an essential product for maintaining optimal cleaning and production efficiency. It is a Novonesis product.

Lists combine the ease of Bookmarks with the versatility of Tags. Instead of one collection of bookmarked items, create as many collections, called "Lists," as you need.
Find the link to your List page in the user menu.
All Tags have been converted to separate Lists, and your bookmarked items have been saved to a "Bookmarks" List.
When you click the Add to List button, a dropdown of your existing Lists appears. Click the List name to which you want to add this product or formula.
You can also create a new List. Simply click "Create a New List" and enter a name.
When you define a new List, the current item is automatically added to it. You can add a product or formula to as many Lists as you need.
Easily see which Lists this item appears in, and quickly go to that List from the links that appear on the page.
