EMPICOL® 0045 / B is a dried powder of sodium lauryl sulfate. It is a versatile surfactant capable of producing a fine, creamy foam. It is also a good emulsifier and an excellent wetting agent, with good electrolyte tolerance, making it ideal for use as the primary surfactant in a range of cosmetic and detergent applications, such as shaving creams, laundry detergents and additives and toilet blocks.
It also finds application as an emulsifier, wetting and foaming agent in many other diverse markets. 收起

In combination with sodium percarbonate (SPC) or H2O2, they enable the removal of bleachable stains from fabrics and dishes at temperatures from 30 to 60°C Additionally they provide a high standard of hygiene in automatic dishwashing and laundry applications by the in-situ generation of peracetic acid. Peractive® TAED bleach activators are produced with high purity in a solvent-free process with water as only by-product.
